This client approached us after their architectural drawings had been developed. They had the structure in place, but they needed a designer to step in and help refine, elevate, and execute the vision. Their goal was clear: create a home that felt functional, comfortable, and transitional in style — timeless without feeling traditional, warm without feeling heavy.
From that point forward, our role was to review, refine, and bring intention to every square foot.
Before a single finish was selected, we carefully reviewed the architectural drawings. We looked for opportunities to improve flow, functionality, storage, and sightlines. Small adjustments at this stage can make a significant difference in how a home lives day to day.
From there, we developed detailed cabinetry drawings and floor plans across three full floors of the home, ensuring every space felt cohesive and thoughtfully considered.
This wasn’t just about choosing finishes. It was about designing how the home would function for years to come.

This level was designed to support daily life beautifully. The kitchen is one of the custom details we’re especially proud of. It balances practicality with warmth, offering ample storage, layered materials, and a layout that feels both open and intentional.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the family room media wall became another standout feature. Custom millwork adds architectural interest while keeping technology seamlessly integrated. It anchors the space without overpowering it, creating a comfortable gathering area that feels polished but approachable.
The primary suite was designed as a retreat. Soft transitional detailing, balanced finishes, and thoughtful lighting create a space that feels calm and refined.

This floor was designed with flexibility in mind. Bedrooms feel personalized yet cohesive, and the shared bathroom combines durability with classic design choices that will age beautifully. The girls’ lounge (not pictured) creates an additional gathering space, offering independence and functionality without sacrificing the overall flow of the home.
Rather than treating the basement as an afterthought, we approached it with the same level of intention as the main floor. Each space feels finished and integrated into the overall design story of the home. The result? A lower level that feels welcoming for guests, supportive of wellness, and ideal for relaxed family time.
Once the project was complete, our clients shared how much they love their new space — and how much they appreciated the thoughtful detail woven throughout the home.
This is always our goal.
We design homes that feel considered, functional and quietly timeless. It’s not just about designing a beautiful house, it’s about crafting a space that works just as well five years from now as it does today.
