The first step is taking time to get to know you, learn about your lifestyle and what your goals are for your renovation. We build all floor plans, elevation drawings and cabinetry drawings. We craft an overall vision so that you understand the direction, look and feel of your new space. We focus on your overall budget and the costs associated with your wish list. Then we work with you to craft a detailed plan that works with both your aesthetic and your budget.

This is when things start to get fun! With the general scope of work confirmed and your approval of the plans developed in Phase 1, we begin developing the design. We have established a network of incredible suppliers to ensure that we bring you the best product options for your budget. We recommend and source all the materials and finishes for your home as well as furnishings, window treatments and accessories. Our renovations are full service, ensuring that the final look and feel of your project is completely cohesive.

This is the phase where the action begins! We order materials and finishes, engage trades and get started on the physical part of the project. We have the resources in place to take care of ordering your items, arranging all deliveries and working with our trusted trades and contractors to ensure your plan comes to life as designed! We work with a team of carefully selected contractors that we’ve built strong relationships with over the years and we introduce you this part of our team early in the process.
